The producer is known for its commitment to using only natural ingredients and observing high quality standards to ensure healthy and tasty products. The shop combines traditional methods with modern technology to create reliable and popular products for the local market.
In June 2024, Grauda Spēks started its collaboration with chef Rūdolfs Šteinbergs, which resulted in not only offering the premises of the company for visitor banquets but also a variety of dishes that can be tasted on Fridays during the opening hours of the bakery from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Grauda Spēks organises bread, pastry and cooking masterclasses for groups of up to 10 people. Scheduled workshops are held on Wednesdays but groups can agree on a different day of the week.
The educational tour “Grain Route” is available for groups of schoolchildren of up to 30 students.
Prices
- Masterclasses start from EUR 35 per person;
- Rental of premises for parties of up to 20 people EUR 20/h (food costs – according to a separate agreement);
- Tour for schoolchildren “Grain Route” EUR 5 per person.
